Welcome to Birdsong 2019 in Kopisty

The Czech Ornithological Society and the Regional Museum and Gallery in Most invite you to a guided ornithological walk Welcome to Birdsong.

We will observe and listen to birds in industrial landscapes, wetlands, fallows, and reclamations. With a bit of luck, we might also see the Bird of the Year 2019, the Eurasian Collared-Dove.

Welcome to Birdsong will take place in the former Kopisty.

Participants' meeting will be on May 4 at 8:20 AM at the tram stop Most crossroads Kopisty.

The guide for the event will be Jaroslav Bažant from the Regional Museum and Gallery in Most.

After completing the observation route, participants will have a demonstration of bird ringing by the Vaník couple.

Bring binoculars, snacks, and a good mood!
