We bring you the second virtual tour of the exhibition, which this time was prepared by Martin Šíl and titled "White Cannibal". The exhibition is about a man who lived two extraordinary lives. He was born as Ladislav at a time when Austria-Hungary was still in full strength. He became an actor, dancer, director, producer, only to escape from his homeland and become famous as John - an African traveler and documentarian. He filmed with Baarová, Burian, and Marvan, and after emigrating before communism, he fell in love with the black continent. John L. Brom - Ernest Hemingway referred to him as the greatest expert on Africa of his time. Discover his life and the black continent during the time he filmed it - in the late 50s and early 60s.
