An exceptionally extensive exhibition on the topic of stove tiles and tiled stoves from the region of Northwest Bohemia from the 14th to the 20th century, focusing on the Gothic and Renaissance periods and gradually extending from Baroque to the manufacture and factory production of the 19th and 20th centuries. A selection of the most interesting items that museum, heritage, and scientific institutions from the Ústí Region can offer, complemented by objects from other Czech and Saxon museums. A comprehensive catalog and a rich accompanying program, which will be continuously published on the museum's website.
The exhibition will last from 1. 12. 2017 to 31. 5. 2018
