RUSSIAN PHILOSOPHY OF THE SILVER AGE – LECTURE
10. 11. 2021 from 5 PM
The lecture will illustrate, through the example of five Russian philosophers (Solovyov, Berdyaev, Florensky, Lossky, Karsavin), how diverse the paths of thought were in pre-revolutionary Russia and will be conceived as "philosophical biographies" of the mentioned thinkers, alongside their often tragic fates. At the same time, their philosophical views will be briefly introduced - their perspective on the world and the place of man in it.
This interesting and unusual topic will be presented by PhDr. Jiří Wolf, who is a professional worker at the Museum of the City of Duchcov and the Regional Museum in Teplice.
