The Regional Museum and Gallery in Most invites you to a guided tour of the exhibition Reynkovi…/drawings, graphics, poems, photographs,which will take place on December 7, 2022, at 5 PM. Curator Olga Kubelková, PhDr. will guide you through the exhibition with commentary on the interesting story of the significant graphic artist, poet, and translator Bohuslav Reynek and his family. The guided tour will also be complemented by a short documentary film Boys by director Tereza Brázdová.
The generational exhibition of the Reynek family focuses on the work of graphic artist, poet, and translator Bohuslav Reynek and photographs by his son Daniel. The exhibition is supplemented by photographs of Petrkov by Jiří Škoch, Dagmar Hochová, and František Nárovec. The rural castle in Petrkov, where the family lived, has been a great inspiration for several generations of artists, poets, and photographers. It became an island of inner freedom and, isolated from all modern currents, always lived its own life. The exhibition thus represents the genius loci of this unique place. Through the guided tour, you will be transported for a moment into this environment.
The exceptional exhibition Reynkovi… will last only until January 15, 2023.
