Paths to Prehistory. Zdeněk Burian and the Free Association of Artists PAS

The Regional Museum and Gallery in Most has prepared an exhibition titled Paths to Prehistory. Zdeněk Burian and the Free Association of Artists PAS (Paleoart – Art and Science). Zdeněk Burian, who is presented in the exhibition as an inspirational source for all members of the free association of artists PAS (Paleoart - Art and Science), will showcase both a selection of his prehistoric paintings and illustrations. The connection between Zdeněk Burian and the artists who follow in his footsteps, while also utilizing new scientific knowledge that Zdeněk Burian did not have in his time, is not very common, and this joint exhibition in the Czech Republic last took place in 2015. Therefore, this is a unique opportunity.

The exhibition will run from 20. 10. 2023 to 28. 1. 2024, with the opening taking place on 19. 10. 2023 at 5 PM

The Regional Museum and Gallery in Most, Čsl. armády 1360/35, Most. Open daily except Monday from 12:00 to 18:00, Sat – Sun from 10:00 to 18:00
