Opening of the exhibition Return to Old Most

We invite you to the opening of the exhibition

Return to Old Most – The Best from the Art Collection,

which will take place on June 10, 2021, at 5 PM in the exhibition spaces of the museum building. (Čsl. armády 1360/35, Most)

The Regional Museum and Gallery in Most presents a selection of the most valuable pieces from the art collection. The already concluded exhibition The Story of Old Most, which was created as part of a significant cross-border project of the Ústí Region called Art of the Late Middle Ages, unfortunately could not be made accessible to visitors due to coronavirus measures. However, a large part of the exhibits was left in the gallery spaces and supplemented with recently restored unique pieces from the collections of OMGM and the Statutory City of Most. In addition to paintings and sculptures closely related to the medieval and modern history of Most, there will also be rare Madonnas and Pieties from Litvínov, Lužice, Fláje, and Bedřichov Světce on display.
