The Regional Museum and Gallery in Most, a contributory organization, invites you on October 8, 2020, from 5:00 PM to a lecture The Plague in 1680 in the Most Region, Teplice, and the Local Monks, organized by the museum library as part of the 24th annual Library Week.

The speaker, PhDr. Jiří Wolf, is a professional worker at the Museum of the Town of Duchcov and is our significant expert on the history and culture of the 17th and 18th centuries.

The topic of the lecture was deliberately chosen as a memento that the history of humanity is accompanied by epidemics of various scales, with different impacts, and has always been, is, and will be.

The patronage of this year's Library Week was taken over by the Union of Towns and Municipalities of the Czech Republic.
