The ladies' blue slipper with the coat of arms is without a heel, with a blunt toe. The upper part is made from a single piece of leather - pigskin, without a single seam, on which are embossed plant ornaments in gold color. On the front part is the coat of arms of the Levetzow family - a red chevron on a silver shield.

Baroness Ulrika von Levetzow was a fascinating personality with a strong social and patriotic sentiment. She was part of the circle of founders and supporters of the Patriotic Museum. After the death of her mother and stepfather, she inherited the Třebívlice estate. In Třebívlice, she founded a school for underprivileged girls. She was a member of the Czech Learned Society and donated a large part of her mother's estate to the collections of the Patriotic Museum.

Her estate was inherited by her nephew Adalbert von Rauch, who was heavily indebted. In 1900, he sold the Třebívlice estate and a large part of the estate to the city of Most.
