The Regional Museum and Gallery in Most, p. o. has prepared an exhibition by Pavel Dvořák for mineralogy enthusiasts titled: GYPSUM – AN UNUSUALLY ORDINARY MINERAL. Gypsum is one of the most widespread minerals on the planet. We will primarily present gypsum from various finds in the northern Bohemia region, a large piece from the Opava area, and several samples from foreign localities. Pavel Dvořák, a geologist and curator of the geological sub-collection of the museum's natural history department, has been dedicated to mineralogy since his youth. The opening took place on Thursday, March 5, at 5 PM at the Regional Museum and Gallery in Most, p. o. (Čsl. armády 1360).
