Exhibition 150 Years of Railways in the Most and Chomutov Regions.
The aim of the exhibition is to commemorate the significant anniversary of railway transport, which has played a crucial economic and social role in the region for 150 years and which has significantly contributed to the transformation of an agricultural region into an industrial one in the past. The exhibition will present period railway items, regulations for passenger and freight transport, and examples of railway offices including their equipment. It will also feature an exhibition of graphics by Jiří Bouda with railway themes. Throughout the exhibition, there will also be a children's corner and a photo corner available. The accompanying program, which will be regularly updated on the museum's website and Facebook considering the current situation, will primarily include guided tours and lectures.
With this exhibition, we also wanted to pay tribute to all those who worked on these railways in the region, often in difficult times.
