We invite you to the opening of the exhibition of paintings and ceramics

Aťka Tichá (1962) and Oldřich Tichý (1959), a ceramic artist and painter, will present their work in the exhibition "Things Seen and Intuited." It may seem that these two artistic disciplines are far apart. Perhaps materially, but in the way they perceive the miraculousness of things and situations in human everyday life, they are undoubtedly close. In the completely contemporary artistic expression of Aťka Tichá's ceramic work, there is a clear sense of the extraordinary, a certain cult quality referring to the depths of time. Oldřich Tichý, through his painting, stands at the center of the unboundedness of the natural world, where things and phenomena concentrate and radiate the accumulated, almost prehistoric experience of humanity in searching for its own purpose.

The opening will take place on Thursday, May 30, 2024, at 5 PM. Musical accompaniment by Duo Melos and students of the music departments of ZUŠ F. L. Gassmanna in Most.

The exhibition will run from May 31 to September 22, 2024.
